Regarding date and time specification

If you would like to specify a delivery date or time, please select the desired date and time from the options displayed on the "Delivery Date and Time Selection Screen" (Sundays and holidays can also be selected).

・For some areas, such as Okinawa and remote islands, delivery may take 4 to 5 days longer than usual. We recommend that you specify a delivery date with ample time.
・Due to delivery circumstances, we may not be able to deliver as specified.

Your item will be delivered by Yamato Transport. If you are not at home, a "delivery notice" will be left. Please contact the delivery company to arrange a convenient date and time for delivery.

If you would like to specify a date and time for delivery after completing your order, please check the shipping number listed in the shipping completion email and contact Yamato Transport.
